Product: Plant Total RNA Mini Kit

An RNA Isolation Kit designed for total RNA purification from plant tissue and cells using an efficient RNA miniprep system. This RNA Kit will purify RNA from a wide variety of plant species within 15 minutes. Samples are initially ground in liquid nitrogen and then filtered to remove cell debris using the efficient RNA filter columns. Phenol extraction or alcohol precipitation is not required and the purified total RNA is ready for use in RT-PCR, Real-time PCR and Northern Blotting. Each Geneaid RNA Kit includes individually packaged certified DNase and RNase-free spin columns and collection tubes.
