Dotan combines entrepreneurship, strategic vision, and deep technical and managerial expertise. He has held senior leadership roles as COO at Be’eri Printers, CEO at Gaash Lighting and ran his own consultancy company in Belgium.

Dotan holds a BA (Hons) in Printing Management from the London College of Communication and an MBA in Finance from the Interdisciplinary Center Herzliya.

Tsofnat is a seasoned executive in diagnostics and biotechnology, with expertise spanning clinical needs, regulatory frameworks, and go-to-market strategy. Since joining the company in 2016, she has forged key partnerships with the Ministry of Health, HMOs, and hospitals.
During the COVID-19 pandemic, she led the development of national testing platforms integrating robotics, software, and chemistry.

Tsofnat holds a B.A. and M.A. in Life Sciences from Tel Aviv University.

Roy brings over 20 years of financial leadership in SaaS, medical devices, and technology. He specializes in strategic planning, operational excellence, and global business strategy, driving growth in dynamic international markets. He previously held senior roles at Stratasys and leading U.S. and Israeli medical device companies.

Roy holds a BA in Economics and Accounting and an MBA from the Hebrew University of Jerusalem.

Adi has over 25 years of experience leading growth, innovation, and technology integration across global organizations (Ness Technologies, Roche Global). Over the past decade, she has specialized in digital health and AI-driven healthcare solutions, building and scaling startups internationally.

Adi holds a B.Ed. in Science Education, an M.A. in Cognition from the Hebrew University, an M.A. in Law, and an Executive MBA from Bar Ilan University. She is currently pursuing a Ph.D. in Management at Bar Ilan University.

Ronen brings over 25 years of leadership in the med-tech industry with proven success in scaling global businesses, product strategy, and commercialization. He has led companies including MinInvasive, Nobio, and EpiTech through critical growth stages, overseeing R&D, clinical trials, and global expansion.

Ronen holds a B.Sc. in Industrial Engineering.

Nataly has more than 20 years of HR leadership, with expertise in recruitment, employee relations, organizational development, and welfare programs. She has led HyLabs’ HR function since 2017. Nataly holds an M.A. in Labor Studies from Tel Aviv University.

Asaf brings 25+ years of operational management experience in pharma, biotech, and global supply chains. He has held senior leadership roles at BioLineRx, Chiasma, Teva, and Albaad, with deep expertise in manufacturing and large-scale project management. Asaf holds a B.Sc. in Industrial Engineering and an MBA, both from Ben-Gurion University of the Negev.
