Dotan brings with him a unique combination of entrepreneurship, strategic thinking abilities, technical understanding of the business process, and rich management experience that includes leading people, processes and projects.

He has worked as a COO at Be’eri Printers, CEO at Gaash Lighting as well as running his own business (living in Belgium) as a consultant and project manager.

Dotan holds a BA(Hons) in Printing Management from the London College of Communication and an MBA, specialized in finance, from the Interdisciplinary Center Herzliya.

Mrs. Hayun brings over 20 years of experience in both in publicly traded and private companies, with extensive leadership experience, managing financial and accounting operations.
Most recently, Mrs. Hayun served as the CFO of Atox Bio Inc., a clinical-stage biotechnology company. Prior to that she served as the CFO of Proteologics Ltd. (TASE: PRTL), a drug discovery company where she led the company’s IPO. Prior to that, Mrs. Hayun held senior finance roles in several companies, including Colbar LifeSiences Ltd., Secutech Ltd. and Anvey Zion Ltd.
Mrs. Hayun holds a B.A. in accounting and Business management from the College of Management Academic Studies and a Master of law degree from Bar Ilan University.
In addition, she is a certified public accountant and a member of the Israel Bar Association.

Orly holds a Ph.D. in Molecular Cell and Structural Biology from the Weizmann Institute of Science, as well as an MSc and BSc in Biotechnology and Food Engineering from Technion – Israel Institute of Technology.
 
In her previous role as CTO at PeakBridge VC, Orly facilitated deal-flow, conducted technical due diligence, and implemented strategies to enhance portfolio company value. Prior to that, she led EcoPhage as CEO, overseeing the development of the company’s product, business strategy, and funding round, and also served as Senior Director of the Life Science Business Development department at YEDA – Technology Transfer Company of Weizmann Institute of Science, working with pharma, agriculture and food corporates, scientists, entrepreneur and incubators

Eran has an experience with Operations , Supply chain, Quality and Manufacturing while using Lean methods management process.

He worked at large, leading companies in the medicine industry ( Teva, Rafa laboratories), and in the food industry (Osem, Tnuva).

Eran holds B.Tech in Chemistry and Biotechnology engineering  and an MBA in business administration combined with the ability to lead people through challenges and goals

Has over 10 years of experience in leading quality and regulatory affairs according to ISO9001, ISO13485, ISO17025, GMP and Medical Cannabis Unit regulation.

Experienced in the fields of Pharma, Cell Therapy, Medical Device and Medical Cannabis.
