Accelerated Aging is a critical test for documenting the expiration time for medical and pharmaceutical products.

The introduction of new or modified products requires the assurance that can be stored for an extended period (from 1 to 5 years) without any decrease in performance.

Accelerated Aging testing incorporates experimental data on temperature and ambient into a test equation in support of performance and shelf life claims of products before full-period samples become available.

Recently, Hy.Labs incorporated to its facilities new equipment meeting all appropriate requirements of maintenance and calibration, which allows the performance of Accelerated Aging programs according to AAMI TIR17 specifications.
