Pyrochrome Chromogenic Formulation
Easy to use, quantitative and flexible, determining endotoxin determinations as low as 0.005 EU/ml. Lysate and substrate are combined for a single step assay. The kits are available for kinetic and end-point, or diazo end-point assays.
