Hylabs state of the art manufacturing plant and professionally trained staff and technical support team can facilitate special production projects according to customer specifications.

Hylabs manufacturing facilities include Class 10 000 Clean Rooms with Class 100 Laminar Air Flow (L.A.F.s) that adhere to ISO 9001 and international standards. 

The modern facilities and equipment significantly reduce the likelihood of contamination in the manufacturing process. The mixing and sterilization processes are performed in sealed preparators.  The equipment is connected to an automated pouring and filling system, and the filling process is conducted in a close system with a UV lamp.

A Microbiological Environmental Control Program has been instituted for the facilities.

This quality control program follows the strictest international standards for cleanliness and is performed by trained personnel.
