DNA Extraction & PCR Purification

We use  Bioneer’s top quality sequencing grade DNA extraction and purification kits. All Bioneer’s AccuPrep series kits are based on spin-column type tubes and chaotropic salts that are used to bind nucleic acids to a glass filter. Contaminants are removed during subsequent washing steps, and finally, high purity nucleic acid is eluted by a low salt buffer.

Benefits: No organic solvents, no ethanol precipitation, simple protocols.
