Registration Process:

In order to log into our domain you will need a User name and Password. If you have

      completed the registration process please proceed to the ordering procedure below.

 

      If you do not have a User name and Password:

1.      Click on the ‘New Customer registration’ and fill in the required information.

2.      Within 24 hours an Authorization code and your customer number will be mailed to you. 

3.      After approval of the above, please use your username and password to login.

4.      Other members of your laboratory may use the same login or if another member of your lab would like to have their own username, they are to reregister as “new researcher”.

     4.a.  To register as a new researcher; Go to ‘New Researcher’; fill in the Authorization  

             code and company code and submit the form.

     4.b.  To login, fill in your user name and password.

How to order primers:

1.      Login to our system.

2.      Press the required icon.

3.      Fill in the type of primer (RNA, DNA).

4.      Fill in the name of the primer.

5.      Choose the purification scale.

6.      Choose the synthesis scale.

7.      Choose the type of the 5’ modification.

8.      Choose the type of the 3’ modification.

9.      Type your sequence 5’-3’ using the IUPAC-IUB symbols.

10.  Add any comments you would like us to know.

11.  Press the Add icon.

12.  If you need to change your sequence, use the edit icon and

      then press Add.

13.  To submit your order press ‘send order’.

14.  Several minutes after the submission of your order an approval notice will be sent to you, which contains all the parameters of your order.

15.  Your order archive contains all your orders during the last 6 months. To access the archive, press the archive icon.

How to order sequencing services:

General information

·        Our online ordering system will enable you to order your sequence,

      request sample pickup, and to view your results at our site.

·        We will keep your results online for 30 days before transferring to our

     company archive.  The archive data will be kept for two years.

·        Sample pickup is in accordance with company policy for specific

      locations, please inquire for more information.

·        To correctly prepare your samples please refer to the sample preparation section and primer list and sequence at our site.

·        Write sample ID number  (Refer to our authorization form) on the cap of your tube.

·        When using your primer please send it along with your samples in a separate tube.

·        In the "order complete"  page click the print button to print the order information, then  attach it to your purchase order and send it with your DNA samples.

Online Ordering procedure:

1.      Login to our system using your user name and password.

2.      Fill in your sample name.

3.      Choose the required service.

4.      Choose the type of DNA.

5.      Fill in the concentration of your sample.

6.      Fill in the size of your DNA.

7.      Fill in the Tm of your primer.

8.      When using Universal primers choose from the list (always compare the sequence).

9.      If using your primer, fill in the name.

10.  When acquiring the Bacterial culturing + Miniprep + Sequencing service, please include the desired growth conditions in the comment box.

11.  When done, press the Add Icon.

12.  If you need to correct any of your data, use the edit icon. Make your corrections and then press Add again.

13.  To submit your order, press ‘send form’. Print the form and write the ID number on each tube. 

14.  Several minutes after the submission of your order you will receive confirmation of the order and a message informing you when to expect your results.

How to obtain your sequence results:

All the sequence results can be found in your ‘Sequencing results and Sequence archive’. 

 

 1.      Find your last order and click on ‘View’ to retrieve your sequencing files. 

 For every sample sent to the sequencing service, two data files will be received. 

a.      One file ends with .seq (fasta format) and contains the sequence data in text format.

b.      The second file ends with .ab1 and contains the densitometric scan (electropherogram) and can be viewed by using the following software applications (click to download free software):

Sequence Scanner Software

 

For Mac users: 

4Peaks

 

 2.     To access your .ab1 and .seq files click on the required .ab1 and .seq  links.  Save the results in a folder in your computer.

 3.  To download all sequences click ‘Download’. Your browser will prompt you to save the zip file to your computer. The Zip files can be opened with any software designed to open zip files. Please make sure to download and save the files to your computer. The files will be removed from our website aftr two weeks.
